Training & Certification
At JM4 Dimensions our Instructor Team is highly experienced in Active Threat Training. We build confidence in your team to be able to deal with different situations both physically and mentally along with the skills to quickly recognize and neutralize a threat. Our school safety training provides the Texas required School Safety Certification for HB 3 but we go beyond the state requirements and typically for less money than most charge for just the DPS course. We don't believe this state requirement should be a money grab for our personal gain but a much needed presence in our school systems in today's world so you can rest easy knowing you've hired the best.
Bringing Out the Best in YOUR Team
While on the range we will guide your team through the steps they will need to go from just sending rounds downrange to training in specific, tested methods of armed self-defense. From stance to grip to physical shooting techniques, they will get their body working with their firearm instead of against it. They will learn which intuitive skills work best with that their body will naturally do while under stress in a combat situation. They will then learn to apply this information simply and effectively - regardless of their skill level. As they continue to train with us, we will continue to build on their shooting skills.
Skill Building
After live fire training we will work on our state of the art Simulators running different scenarios. We will also be working with their synaptic memory and the connections between their neurons, creating a stronger connection. This will allow for a greater mental focus, decision making and the ability to make split second decisions. This method is simple but highly effective to train in the same manner that the brain and body are going to instinctively function in a high stress situation. During this time they will also be learning how to clear rooms and hallways.
On-Site Active Threat Training
On the last day we will be training at the school. We will walk through the school with the Superintendent and discuss emergency operation plans (EOP) and after actions. In addition, we will be looking for weak points and discussing those with the Superintendent and providing recommendations on strengthening those areas.

This is the point where everything we have worked on during the first two days comes together. At times we will provide role players that are trusted and vetted to make the experience as real as possible for your team.
